研究方向

线粒体作为真核细胞内具有遗传物质的重要细胞器,除给机体生命活动供能外,还参与钙稳态、氧化应激、细胞死亡、信号转导等众多细胞关键事件。但随着机体老化、在环境刺激、化学毒性、病理胁迫等条件下,受损线粒体若不及时清除、过氧化物过多积累将导致神经变性疾病、癌症等一系列的疾病的发生,严重威胁人类健康,而线粒体自噬是通过将受损或多余的线粒体运送到自噬溶酶体中降解、清除的过程,阐明线粒体自噬的机理对于人们理解线粒体自噬相关疾病的发生、发展意义重大。但2010年以前,人们对于这一重要过程的分子调控机制并不明确。

课题组从2010年开始,聚焦细胞自噬领域,开展研究工作11年,主攻细胞器选择性自噬的分子机理及生理功能。研究内容系统、连续,研究平台处于国际前沿,2012年以来,在线粒体自噬领域取得系列研究成果,作出系统性贡献。申请人已发表学术论文49篇,第一或通讯作者文章25篇(其中通讯作者21篇),包括Nature Cell Biology2012)、EMBO Reports (2014)The EMBO Journal (2016)Autophagy (2020)等权威学术期刊,发表文章总影响因子>310,总被引次数>10500次(Google scholar)。研究工作受到CellNature Reviews Molecular Cell BiologyThe EMBO JTrends in cell biologyJ Cell BioFaculty 1000等国际期刊专题评论和推荐,产生了重要的学术影响。

2018年,作为大会主席组织了规模达500人的第一届全国自噬青年论坛,多次在国内外学术会议作邀请报告,为The EMBO Journal, Autophagy, JBCJCSCell Death & DifferentiationAdvanced ScienceNature Communications30余个国际权威杂志审稿人。
